Our Story

We opened because the corner store didn't cut it

Chido Juice started with a simple frustration: we wanted fresh juice on our corner, and no one was making it. Not the gas station. Not the chain down the street. So we pressed our first batch in a borrowed blender and figured out the rest from there.

Today we're a neighborhood spot on 31st Street where people come for the juice and stay because the croissants hit different. Everything is made here—juices pressed to order, breads baked overnight, empanadas folded by hand. We don't do frozen concentrate. We don't do "good enough."

This is a place for your morning ritual, your afternoon pick-me-up, or that thing you crave when you're walking home and you just need something real.
